This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by GK Earth Works, a sole-proprietorship based at #223/A, Nagawara Main Road, 10th to 13th Cross, HBR Layout, Bangalore - 560043, India ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, or engaging our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

GK Earth Works provides earthmoving, excavation, demolition, land clearing, grading, soil compaction and hauling/trucking services, primarily in Bangalore and surrounding districts of Karnataka, India. All services are offered subject to availability, site feasibility, regulatory approvals and a written or verbal scope of work agreed between us and the client.

We do not sell products through this Site. The Site is informational and is used to receive enquiries and quote requests only.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to request our services. By contacting us you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Quotations provided via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, soil type, access, hidden obstructions, regulatory requirements or scope changes requested after work has commenced. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• An advance payment may be required to secure a project slot and mobilise equipment.
• Progress payments may be billed at agreed project milestones.
• Final balance is payable upon completion and handover of the site.
• All applicable taxes (GST etc.) will be charged in addition, where required by law.
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or as permitted by law, whichever is lower.

• Provide accurate site details, access and proof of ownership or written authorisation.
• Obtain all required permits, NOCs and municipal approvals prior to start of work.
• Disclose any underground utilities, pipelines, cables, septic systems or hazards on the site.
• Ensure the site is free of disputes, encroachments, court orders or legal holds.
• Keep the site clear of unauthorised persons, children and pets while work is underway.

We follow strict site safety protocols and comply with applicable construction and labour regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GK Earth Works is not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural damage to adjacent properties.
• Damage to undisclosed underground utilities or services.
• Delays caused by weather, strikes, regulatory action, supply shortages or other force-majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or lost-profit damages of any kind.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client for that specific project.

Projects may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellations made after equipment has been mobilised may incur a mobilisation charge. Any advance paid is adjusted against work completed and incurred costs; the balance, if any, is refunded within 30 days.

We warrant that our workmanship conforms to professional industry standards. Any concerns must be raised in writing within 7 days of completion. We do not warrant outcomes dependent on client-supplied materials, drawings, designs or specifications.

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonated information.
• Send spam, malware or any unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scan or test the Site's security.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or republish Site content without our written consent.

All content on this Site — including text, images, photographs, logos, icons and graphics — is the property of GK Earth Works or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish our content without prior written permission.
